Weekly Reflection: This week has been another busy one, but I was reminded looking out my window that just as the plants are starting anew this is an opportunity for me to do the same. This weekly reflection has helped me to be diligent about pausing to reflect in the midst of life’s chaos. As we close this hectic week, I look forward to an opportunity to rest/renew my mind and body this weekend. Creating around our homestead and taking a bath are two ways I plan to renew this weekend. If you’re feeling tired at the end of a busy week like me, I challenge you to think of some ways you can renew, rest and reflect this weekend!

In this post you’ll find tips that have helped me tackle this not so fun task and starting next week I will be sharing our weekly meal plan. I hope you find this to be a helpful resource for making your busy life a bit more peaceful!
